English Manager regrets that your Credit
Card
payment failed. The two most common reasons for payment failure are:
- Temporary inability of our bank to establish a
connection with the client’s bank.
- Incorrect entry of personal details, usually the
cardholder name.
If you have only made one attempt at making a Credit Card
payment, we would ask that you try again,
making sure that the details you enter are those of the card holder. If you are sure
that you entered the correct cardholder details then wait
a period before trying again, in case the problem was the connection between the
banks.
